Went to get my wife her favorite drink at Christmas only to arrive home and see I paid for a venti and for a grande.....this is why yall will never get a tip from me and Dutch bros is taking over your market.
First off, glad I walked in before my mobile order was ready because I watched the barista put whole milk in my drink when I ordered oat. 1) I am lactose intolerant and 2) oatmilk cost extra!!! So that’s very irritating. But when she fixed it she gave me half the drink instead of remaking the items she needed. I understand they are busy, but if I am spending almost $7 on a drink then it should be made right, especially if one of the items makes me ill and I substitute for a reason, not because I like to spend extra or for fun. And it should be filled and not half empty. Irritating.
I purchased a brewed coffee this Monday. Pike Place. I have never tasted such an awful coffee in Starbucks. In general, their brewed coffee taste is going down so bad. I am getting the same experience in most of their locations. I use to drink starbucks coffee a lot but these days, other chains are providing better coffee at 1/3 rd the price. I called in about this a while ago but the quality is still going down.
I saw a post for a free hot chocolate with the purchase of a large drink. So, I ordered a large Frappuccino for pickup. However, when I asked for the complimentary hot chocolate, I was told I needed to buy another large drink to qualify for the offer. It's misleading to advertise a free item and then not honor it. I felt quite offended by this experience.
What is going on with the Frappuccino’s . This is the third time there isn’t any crushed ice in my drinks. It’s watery. Yuck. Also I asked for half whip and got no whip. I’m just going to stop going to Starbucks. So tired of the drinks being wrong. For as much as they charge it should be better than this.
8-17-2023 is a sad day. I got my usually vent brown sugar oakmilk Shaken expresso and look what happen. All ice and smh. The picture says it all.
Horrible customer at this location will not come back here again. A guy around 6 ' 0 with short beard with glasses weighing around 210 pounds avoid at all cost. I think he hates his job and also how can all the pastries be put up at 8:30pm when the hours close at 9:30pm smh.....whatever happened to customer service now a days
This Starbucks always makes my drink just right and has the friendliest staff. I made the mistake of getting my drink from another location when I knew I would be close to this one later on. Fast forward to me pulling into this drive thru to ask if I could pay for some add ins in a cup to fix my drink from the other location and the Cross Roads store insisted on making me a new drink for free. Superb customer service and barista skills. Thank you!
